The KCC Live Experience was developed to give young people at schools, colleges and community centers in Knowsley the opportunity to create their own radio show for broadcast across Merseyside. It also allows them to learn new skills and build their confidence through working in a challenging media work based environment, which itself is based in a college setting, facilitating links between the skills gained and the formal school or college curriculum.
