DJ Jonny B

Alright folks! I’m Jonathan but better known around the radio station as Jonny B. I started life at KCC Live way back in July 2009 and I have to say it feels like a life time! (you know what they say time fly’s by when you’re having fun). I have enjoyed every single moment of being part of this radio station. I’ve learnt so much and it’s a great environment to be in.

I have always been very passionate about music in general, but the genre of music I absolutely love is dance/club tunes, so I wanted to become a dance DJ or presenter.

I’m a massive Liverpool fan and my favourite car is the Range Rover Sport (mind you who doesn’t love them eh? Not many people dislike them haha!)

Blast Your Speakers has been on air for about a year and a half and before that I used to do the Rave Hour. The show is non stop dance/ club music for 2 hours every Sunday morning where we give you a taste of the following categories: DanceFloor Destroyers – basically all new tunes in and around Knowsley and Liverpool; The Ravin Classics – Dance tunes from the 90’s such as Snap – Rhythm is a dancer, Living Joy – Dreamer and much more. Then after that for the last hour of the show we have a feature called your requests where we play all the dance tunes for a full hour that you request.
